The staff are genuinely attentive and eager to assist. I had an incredible week at this resort! The units are spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for families or groups. I absolutely loved the peaceful setting and the attention given to cleanliness throughout my stay. The location was superb, just a short drive to Universal Studios and with easy access to nearby shops. However, it would have been nice to have some daily housekeeping services to refresh the units.
